Your account will be credited directly within three business days <br />th <br />of notification. TD Bank must receive notification prior to the 25 of the month in order to make <br />corrections for the next statement. <br /> <br />I. Describe the Proposer’s ability to make cash available before, during and after an emergency: <br /> <br />TD Bank will work with the City to accommodate any of its special disaster needs. If needed, <br />your Relationship Team can discuss this process and detail specific steps to meet your <br />specifications. <br /> <br />J. Describe your Emergency Disaster Plan and assistance available to the City. Include time to restore <br />based on type of disaster. <br /> <br /> In the event that online capabilities and functionality for any service are temporarily unavailable <br />for any reason (power failures, etc.) or a disaster occurs within TD Bank's or the City's electronic <br />systems, mirrored data-backup data is housed off-site with a secured third party. <br /> <br />TD Bank maintains backup processing. Site and capabilities are confidential to ensure optimum <br />security for processing in the event of a disaster. The locations and capabilities are not disclosed <br />for security reasons. <br /> <br />Upon notification from the City of a disaster, TD Bank and your Relationship Management Team <br />would assess your needs and provide support services as applicable. We have a history of going <br />above and beyond normally expected service lengths to provide for our clients. <br /> <br /> Recovery Time Objective (RTO) measures are reviewed and tested in accordance with internal <br />policies with the required RTO being determined based on risk ratings. <br /> <br />Backup sites for essential applications can be activated and running between 0 and 4 hours with <br />operations at the backup site continuing until operations can be recovered at the primary site. <br /> <br />K. Positive Pay: <br /> <br />Detail if payee match is part of positive pay. <br /> <br />TD Bank offers Positive Pay with Payee Name Verification as an optional service <br />enhancement, which is a process that requires payee information to be provided to the Bank <br />on the positive pay issue file before the checks are mailed and/or distributed. TD Bank will then <br />process the payee information and store it on our Account Reconcilement platform. When <br />checks come in for payment, TD Bank uses optical recognition software to lift the payee name <br />from the cleared check. This lifted payee name is then compared to the name originally <br />supplied on the Positive Pay issue file.
