Questionnaire Form <br />G.Describeyourmethodofapplyingpricingtogovernmentalorexceptiontypeaccounts. <br /> <br />* Confidential Information <br /> <br />TD Bank has thoroughly examined the City of Sunny Isles Beach's RFP for Banking Services. <br />We are confident that we can continue providing all of the required services and exceed your <br />expectations. <br /> <br />TD BANK OFFERS THE FOLLOWING TO CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH: <br /> <br />TD Bank recommends the use of our Advantage account structure. We are offering to the City <br />of Sunny Isles Beach an Earnings Credit Rate on collected balances to offset fees. We are also <br />offering the City no reserve requirement, hence providing all balances in its entirety to cover <br />service charges. TD Bank will offer the City and interest to help maximize interest earnings. <br />Funds within these account(s) are Fully Collateralized in Accordance with FL State Statutes <br />governing Public Funds. <br /> <br />The following rates are proposed: <br /> <br />Advantage Earnings Credit Rate: <br /> TD Bank will provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach a MANAGED EARNINGS CREDIT <br />RATE of 300 Basis Points (3.00%) on balances utilized to offset bank service charges. <br />This rate will be bank managed. <br /> This option offers the highest ECR and results in the most interest paid monthly to the <br />City. Interest paid on any excess balances will be automated. TD Bank will review the <br />projected target balance periodically to ensure the City is optimizing the use of their <br />balances for earnings credits and interest. <br /> <br />Advantage Interest Rate: <br /> TD Bank will provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach a MANAGED INTEREST RATE of <br />300 Basis Points (3.00%) on excess funds not needed to offset bank service fees. <br />These rates will be bank managed, determined by market conditions. <br /> We will conduct regular Relationship Reviews and TD Bank will inform the City of its <br />options to maximize returns while providing safety and liquidity. <br /> <br />Fees Waived: <br /> TD Bank will NOT charge the City ANY FDIC CHARGES providing the City an additional <br />cost savings. <br /> TD Bank will also provide the City an additional benefit by not charging a 10% reserve <br />requirement which will provide ECR and interest on the City first dollar. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Proposed by: TD Bank, N.A.Page 82 <br /> <br />
