Questionnaire Form <br />Relationship Managers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by cell phone or <br />email and are available to meet at the City's convenience. <br />The City can contact any member of its relationship management team at any time. This team, <br />in addition to providing consultative advice and product recommendations, is charged with <br />ensuring that the City's service needs are met and exceeded. TD Bank prides itself on the <br />service accountabilities for all its employees. Providing multiple service points are just one of <br />the many ways TD Bank provides its clients with the legendary service that has become the <br />Bank’s hallmark. <br />Please refer to the Personnel Experience and Qualifications section for bios. <br />20.List of Proposed Subcontractors/Subconsultants <br />The undersigned proposer hereby designates, as follows, all major subcontractors whom they propose to <br />utilize for the major areas of work for the project. The proposer is further notified that all Subcontractors <br />shall be properly licensed and shall be required to furnish the CITY with a Certificate of Insurance in <br />accordance with the contract general conditions. Failure to furnish this information may be grounds for <br />rejection of the proposer’s proposal.
