Personnel Experience andQualifications <br />4. <br />Provide an explanation of why the Proposer is the best qualified to perform the contract and <br />demonstrateitsqualificationsincludinganitem-by-itemdisclosureoutlininghowthe firm meets or <br />exceeds the requirements of this RFP. The proposal should give a descriptionofthefirm,includingthe <br />size,rangeofactivities,etc.andemphasizehowthe firm-wide experience and expertise in this type of <br />project will be brought to bear on the proposedproject. <br />Include organizational chart with local, district, and corporate levels for Proposer. Describe how the <br />organizational structure will ensure orderly communications, distribution of information, effective <br />coordination of activities, resource management, accountability, and decision-making authority. <br />Describe the designated team representatives who are technically competent to assist the College in <br />all activities associated with the service and maintenance of this account. <br />The composition of the team should include: <br />The names of the employees in the area responsible for thiscontract <br />Their function in thecompany <br />The name of the person who will be responsible for the coordination of work through to <br />implementation. <br />Florida Experience <br />Our Government Solutions Team also provides financing to all types of Florida Governmental entities. <br />From General Obligation, Special Assessments or Covenant to Budget and Appropriate structures, our <br />team is ready to provide a detailed response.
