Your direct relationship manager can assist if an emergency arises. <br />Wire Cut-off Times <br />Wire Outgoing Domestic –Online (Gateway)5:00 PM ET <br />Wire Outgoing Domestic –In Person at Branch 5:00 PM ET <br />Wire Outgoing International –Online (Gateway)4:00 PM ET <br />Wire Incoming 6:00 PM ET <br />Wire Alerts <br />Synovus Gateway offers alerts to the City‘s users that are triggered when a wire is drafted, authorized, <br />processed, canceled, or failed. In Synovus Gateway, the Wire Activity page will have information on <br />all outgoing and incoming wire transfers. <br />Wire Confirmations <br />Incoming and outgoing wire confirmations are pushed through Synovus Gateway automatically as <br />soon as the wire is processed. It is recommended that users are set up to receive email <br />confirmations/alerts when wires are processed. Synovus also has reporting available within Synovus <br />Gateway that displays full details of transactions that take place on the wire transfer system. <br />M. ACHFiles/Transfers <br />1.The bank will provide the City the ability to receive and send Automated Clearing House(ACH) <br />transfers / filesutilizinganinternet-basedtreasurymanagementsystem. The Proposer will provide <br />the timeline for ACH transfers, including deadlines, timing of receiving deposits and withdrawals <br />from disbursement accounts using the ACH system. <br />ACH Origination including deposit of payroll, vendor payments, federal taxes, and state taxes is <br />offered through our internet banking platform, Synovus Gateway, or through an FTP (File Transfer <br />Protocol) to allow the Cityto transmit funds between banks through the Automated Clearing <br />House (ACH) Network. ACH Origination through Synovus Gateway offers PPD, CCD and CTX <br />payment types. With each of these payment types, the Citywill have the ability to use templates <br />to import or originate. Synovus follows the rules for posting ACH transactions received and <br />originated from both Nacha and the Federal Reserve. ACH transactions are posted based on the <br />effective date of the item or batch, and when the item was received or originatedfrom the Federal <br />Reserve for posting. <br />ACH transactions received and originated from both Nacha and the Federal Reserve. File formats <br />include a 5 column CSV, customer custom map, or Nacha.
