by MCC or group of MCC codes. <br />Temporary control limits for designated timeframe. <br />Cash access and limits. <br />Merchant ID Blocking. <br />General Descriptionof Reporting Package: <br />The Synovus commercial card management module of our web based, APSolutions Technology <br />Platform offers a comprehensive reporting module that allows for all transactional data reported <br />through Visa, to be identified and utilized to generate robust and actionable reporting- both standard <br />and customized reporting,for the City. The technology is a data warehouse, statement and report <br />generating tool offered to the Cityat no cost. Reports can be created, saved, and scheduled to runon <br />demand or for the appropriate time period. Reports can be emailed out to designated cardholders or <br />accounting personnel. Synovus offers a very robust reporting function within APSolutions. There are <br />66 standard reports that are immediately available. These standard reports can also be edited and <br />customized as needed. Any of these reports can be run on demand, saved, and scheduled to be run <br />and delivered via email. Some of these standard reports included are cardholder statements, various <br />transactionsummary reports, vendor analysis, cardholder reports and admin reports, merchant, and <br />decline reports and more. The Synovus team will work with the City’steam to create a library of <br />standard reports for program management. The reporting functionality isprivileged based by user <br />and designated access can be assigned to the user roles to limit card reporting as deemed <br />necessary. The Tool captures detailed transaction information for viewing, editing and cost <br />allocation. It will providethe Citywith customized reports and an opportunity for detailed vendor <br />analysis. The tool provides instant information on purchasing patterns, allowing your staff to target <br />suppliers and goods for special attention and support negotiations of volume discounts.Each <br />reporting object is interactive and dynamic, with drill-down capabilities, allowing the Cityto analyze, <br />review and monitor all aspects of the card program. All reporting functionality is available 24/7, <br />available to export in a variety of formats and reports can analyze specify segments of the City's spend <br />and can be run by department or hierarchy to provide detailed information on segmented transaction <br />history. <br />Overview of Customer Service Capabilities: <br />Synovus provides a 24-hour toll-free telephone number for Cardmember inquiries, issues and <br />providing emergency assistance. Cardholders and administrators will have 24/7/365 access to call <br />Synovus Customer Services Group at 888- SYNOVUS. <br />Our Customer Services Group will provide answers to questions - both routine and unusual- and will <br />answer cardholder questions concerning balances, charges, billing inquiries, card declines, transaction <br />amounts, disputes, other issues, as well as take lost and stolen card reports and arrange for card <br />replacements. <br />We have a separate team to support designated program administrator(s) who manage the program, <br />on an ongoing basis and acts as a liaison between the individual cardmembers and the Synovus service <br />team. <br />The Program administrator(s) will also have access to APSolutions Support (877-962-6777), which is <br />available 24/7/365 and they can contact either by email or a dedicated 800 number, for support and <br />assistance with our APSolutions commercial card platform.
