Synovus provides a dedicated supplier enrollment team that handles nothing but enrollment and enablement for our customer’s suppliers. The Citywill be assigned an implementation manager that will oversee and manage the entire onboarding process from start to finish. The implementation manager will work directly with the supplier enrollment team, Synovus account representatives, and the City. Weekly implementation calls are scheduled throughout supplier enrollment to communicate the details and the results of the enrollment campaign with the entire team. At the beginning of the campaign, goals are established for enrollment rates for both the number of vendors and the amount of transactions. This data is tracked on a weekly report and reviewed with the City to ensure that a successful enrollment is achieved. Synovus provides an in-depth supplier match analysis prior to supplier enrollment that identifies the vendors who are currently accepting card payments and prioritizes those that should be initially targeted. This detailed list serves as the guide during enrollment. There is no additional charge for these implementation/enrollment services. We put a lot of effort into your enrollment process and the typical supplier enrollment period can last upto 90 days. However, since we are prioritizing targeting suppliers by who accepts the card today and those critical suppliers that you communicated with and is waiting to be enrolled- you can start using your Virtual Cards within APSolutions, as soon as these or any other suppliers become enrolled. V. Costs of AccountMaintenance TheCitywillpayforbankingservicesusingan AccountAnalysis calculation,wherebythebank willbill forthequantityofservicesprovidedmultipliedby a specificunitcostlessan Earnings Credit. The bank will provide the City with a monthly account analysis statement for each accountdetailingactivity volumeversusassociatedunitcosts,costextensionsand a summary analysis for all accountscombined. 1.Proposer shall provide a sample monthly analysis statement based upon the City’s Bank statement and Account Analysis statement for the most recent month. See ATTACHMENT B and ATTACHMENT C. Thesampleaccountanalysisshouldinclude,at aminimum: a.Description ofService b.Target Average Collected Balance – minimum target daily balance which produces a monthly earnings credit sufficient to pay/offset monthly bank servicefees. c.Earnings Credit Rate – the proposer will identify the index used. This rate should be fixed for the contractterm. d.Monthly EarningsCredit e.Net Service Charge – total bank service fees less the Earningscredit f.Interest earnings rate on excess balances over minimum targetbalance Synovus has provided our Proforma (Exhibit A)and completed Attachment A.
