If the error is in the cash, we will contact the <br />City by phone before processing the deposit. The City will be notified of any deposit correction via <br />email on the day the correction takes place. A correction notice will be mailed directly to the City on <br />the business day following the deposit date. Correction notice images can be viewed online via <br />Synovus Gateway Enhanced Imaging. <br />G.Describe your method of applying pricing to governmental or exception typeaccounts. <br />Synovus can provide billing options to include invoicing or a compensating balance arrangement. Synovus utilizes multiple layers of <br />overlapping controls and processes to ensure banking services are readily available to support <br />customers ongoing operations.
