This application is being <br />submitted solely to request the removal and cancellation of the condition to underground utility lines <br />referenced in Section V13.21 of Resolution Zoning 14-Z-143 ("Undergrounding Work"). It is Applicant's <br />understanding that the City of Sunny Isles Beach has engaged Florida Power and Light to perform a larger <br />project to underground utility lines ("FP&L Project") involving multiple properties, and that the scope of <br />work for the FP&L Project includes the Undergrounding Work.
