RFP ITB # 24-07-01 - INTRACOASTAL SPORTS COURT COMPLEX <br />CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH 20 <br />Police Service Center <br />Interior Renovation <br />City of Weston <br />Past Experience- Project #7 <br />Project involved the general renovation of the Police <br />Services Center located at 17300 Royal Palm Boulevard, <br />Weston Florida 33326. The work included but is not <br />limited to the interior renovation work, which included <br />reconfiguration/ remodeling of approximately 4,467 <br />SF of the existing facility. The balance of the facility <br />spaces such as restrooms, locker area and breakroom <br />are to receive finish upgrades including, but not limited <br />to flooring finishes, wall base, paint,door hardware, <br />ceiling tiles, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, toilet <br />accessories, lockers and replacement of all existing <br />light fixtures with new LED light fixtures. Construction <br />work was strategically phased and scheduled to allow <br />continuity of police operations throughout the duration <br />of the project.
