Approach I Methodology: <br />Nunez Construction's approach and methodology will consider <br />the following criteria for this project: <br />1. Communication: We follow a culture of open communication <br />which allows our team members to <br />be informed of all aspects of our projects to ensure a fluid and efficient process. This culture <br />extends to our sub -contractors, architects, engineers <br />and to our clients. <br />This includes daily communication, bi-weekly meetings with Owners, architect and GC, and <br />includes engineers when necessary to discuss updates, tackle emerging issues and to keep all <br />informed. <br />Nunez Construction, Inc.
