Please confirm if Fire Suppression System is excluded on the scope. <br />A2. Correct, fire suppression is not included. <br />Q3 . Please provide wall height for the retaining walls in Tennis/Basketball Court. <br />A3. Above ground height varies from 6" to 20", refer to sheet CP-101 for grading. Detail of the <br />retaining wall is on sheet LH -501. Signed and sealed shop drawings from a structural engineer <br />are required for the retaining wall. <br />Q4. Please confirm if approved equal can be accepted in Site Furnishings. <br />A4. No substitutions allowed. Bidder must use bid based on current plan set. Alternates may <br />be considered post award. <br />Q5. The bid pricing form does not have a line item for 15" HOPE Pipe that is called for on CP- <br />101. <br />AS . The LF of 15" HOPE is 447. The bid sheet has been updated. Bidder must use Addendum 3 <br />Price Sheet. <br />QG. Items 15 and 16 say "F&I Drainage Well", please advise if "Well" is a typo. <br />AG . Plans are proposing a new drainage well. Well is not a typo. <br />Q7 . All roof drain detai ls, materials, and tie-i n i nformation are missing from the plans.
