4.Purpose <br />The primary purpose of this Program is to offer Members a complete and comprehensive offering of alternative and <br />renewable energy solutions that can be customized to meet the unique needs of each Member. This RFP and contract <br />award process is a solutions-based solicitation; meaning that CCOG is seeking solutions that meet the general <br />requirements of the scope of this RFP and that are commonly desired or are required by law or industry standards. <br /> <br />5.Scope <br />CCOG is seeking proposals for alternative and renewable energy solutions to support the implementation of sustainable <br />energy generation, usage, and storage. Products, services, and solutions within the scope of this RFP will support the <br />adoption of sustainable energy alternatives through consulting, assessment, study, development, implementation, and <br />installation of equipment related to our Members’ sustainability goals and objectives. Examples of different types of <br />alternative or renewable energy may include, but is not limited to: <br /> <br />Geothermal Hydropower Bioenergy <br />Solar Ocean or Tidal energy Biomass <br />Wind Combined Heat and Power <br /> <br />Bidders may elect to limit their proposals to a single product or service line within any category, or multiple products and <br />services within any and all categories. However, Bidders are encouraged to propose their complete catalog, products and <br />services. <br /> <br />This scope should be read as including all products, equipment, software, services, and any other capability that Bidders <br />are able to offer which supports or complements the scope as defined above. <br /> <br />6.RFP Documents <br />This RFP documents consist of the following: <br />6.1.Section One: <br />a.Part A – Overview, Scope, and Project Information <br />b.Part B – Conditions and Other Requirements <br />c.Part C – Bid Submission, Format, Evaluation, and Award <br /> <br />6.2.Section Two: <br />a.Proposal Submission, Technical Proposal, Cost Proposal and Required Forms <br /> <br />6.3.Section Three: <br />a.General Terms and Conditions of Master Agreement <br /> <br />6.4.Attachments: <br />a.Attachment A – Sample Administration Agreement <br />b.Attachment B – Cost Proposal Template <br />c.Attachment C – State Notice <br /> <br />7.Anticipated Procurement Timetable <br />CCOG reserves the right to revise this schedule after providing reasonable notice in the best interest of CCOG and/or to <br />comply with the State of Ohio procurement procedures and regulations.
