Late responses will not be considered, and it is the responsibility of <br />Bidders to ensure they are able to properly submit through the Bonfire platform. <br /> <br />11.Communications Prohibited <br />From the issuance date of this RFP until an the award of contract to the Winning Supplier(s), there may be no <br />communications concerning the RFP between any Bidder that expects to submit a proposal and any employee of CCOG, <br />Equalis Group, any member of the Proposal Review Team (“PRT”), or any other individual, regardless of their employment <br />status, who is in any way involved in the development of the RFP or the selection of a Winning Supplier (“Communications <br />Prohibited”). The only exceptions to the Communications Prohibited are as follows: <br /> <br />11.1.Any communications related specifically to the Question & Answer (Q&A) Period; <br />11.2.As necessary in any pre-existing or on-going business relationship between CCOG, Equalis Group, and any <br />supplier that could submit a proposal in response to this RFP; <br />11.3.As part of any Bidder interview process or proposal clarification process initiated by CCOG, which CCOG <br />deems necessary at its sole discretion; and <br />11.4.Any Public Records Requests made to CCOG. <br /> <br />IMPORTANT NOTE: addenda or attachments to the RFP or to any documents related to the RFP will be accessible to <br />Bidders through Bonfire. CCOG may not specifically notify any Bidder of changes or announcements related to this RFP <br />except through posting on Bonfire. It is the affirmative responsibility of interested Bidders to be aware of and to fully <br />respond to all updated information regarding this RFP posted on Bonfire. <br />CCOG is not responsible for the accuracy of any information regarding this RFP that was obtained or gathered through a <br />source other than from CCOG directly or through the Q&A process described in this RFP.
