The <br />solicitation was uploaded on DemandStar.com, and distributed to over 1200 contractors, in which 81 <br />became Planholders. Planholders are for bidders subscribed to receive all the notifications related to the <br />solicitation. On September 6, 2024, the City received nine (9) electronic bid submissions. <br />MBR Construction (MBR) submitted the lowest responsive and responsible bid in the amount of <br />$3,197,762.76. <br />The scope of the ITB is as follows: <br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach (the "City"), a municipality located in Miami -Dade County, Florida, is <br />requesting bids from qualified Contractors ("Bidders," "Proposers," "Contractors") to construct two <br />Item Number: 9.1-1 <br />145 <br />
