The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be incorporated into the project <br />quotations as if written word for word. <br />If the parties have a current general contracting agreement in place by and between themselves, then that <br />agreement and its terms and conditions shall continue to apply to the construction job or services or projects <br />commenced before January 1, 2020.
