EpdvTjho!Fowfmpqf!JE;!2193E418.88DB.5943.:22G.914D7G:28845EpdvTjho!Fowfmpqf!JE;!ED64EEGG.2G1:.5:C6.C4CB.73549671:658 <br />Cspxbse!Tifsjgg(t!PggjdfCje!2:142NGX <br />ARTICLE 1 -DEFINITIONS <br />For the purposes of this Agreement and the various covenants, conditions, terms, and provisions that <br />follow, the definitions and identifications set forth below are assumed to be true and correct and are agreed <br />upon by the parties. <br />1.1 Beneficial Occupancy.A milestone in the progress of the Project where work has proceeded to a point <br />such that SHERIFF can occupy and make beneficial use of the facilities, and where all work <br />remaining can be performed without interference with SHERIFF's occupancy and use of the <br />facilities. <br />1.2CONTRACTOR.CONTRACTOR is_______________________ <br />1.3Contract Administrator.The employee expressly designated as Contract Administrator by the <br />SHERIFF, <br />who is the representative of the SHERIFF of Broward County, Florida, concerning the <br />Agreement Documents. <br />1.4NoticetoProceed.AwrittennoticetoproceedwiththeProject issuedbytheSHERIFForhis <br />designee. <br />1.5Project.Providing all services described in Article 2, Scope of Services towards anassigned <br />project or specificjob. <br />1.6PROJECT MANAGER.An authorized representative of the SHERIFF assigned to make <br />necessary inspections of materials furnished by the CONTRACTOR, and all other tasks as <br />designatedherein. <br />1.7CONSULTANT.An Architect and/or Engineer who has contracted with the SHERIFF to provide <br />professional services for this Project. If no CONSULTANT is identified by SHERIFF on any <br />particular job or work order, then the term CONSULTANT shall be the same person as the <br />PROJECTMANAGER. <br />ARTICLE 2 -SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />2.1General.The scope of services shall be as described herein and in any work orderthat references <br />this agreement.SHERIFF may assign CONTRACTOR a certain job or Project via work orders <br />referencing this Agreement or by way of formal amendment to this Agreement, whichever the <br />SHERIFF elects. The scope of services shall include those within Article 6 herein and the <br />#19031MFW. <br />2.1.1Any work, materials or equipment that may reasonably be inferred from the scope of <br />services as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied by the <br />CONTRACTOR whether or not specifically called for. The CONTRACTOR shall be <br />responsible for furnishing all supervision, project coordination, scheduling, construction <br />management, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, insurance, permanent materials, temporary <br />materials, vehicles, storage sheds, clean ups, and incidentals (including acquisition of all <br />agency permits andinspections). <br />80370312:!22;67!BNq/!85 <br /> <br />
