At the completion of the Project, <br />CONTRACTOR shall remove all its waste materials and rubbish from and about the Project <br />as well as its tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials. If <br />CONTRACTOR fails to clean up during the prosecution of the work or at the completion <br />of the work, SHERIFF may do so and the cost thereof shall be charged to CONTRACTOR. <br />2.2CONTRACTOR shall attend all scheduled progress meetings. The progress meetings shall be <br />attended <br />by representatives responsible for planning, coordinating and performing the work, and shall cover <br />the status of such topics as: interface requirements, timing, sequencing, deliveries, access, site <br />utilization, temporary facilities and services, hours of work, determination of how behind-time <br />work will be expedited, hazards and risks, housekeeping, change orders, and documentation of <br />information for payment requests. <br />2.3CONTRACTOR shall preserve from damage all property associated with, or which is in the vicinity of, <br />orisinanywayaffectedby,theProject.Thisappliestopublicandprivatepropertyandutilities. <br />Any damage occurring to such property caused by CONTRACTOR, shall be immediately repaired <br />at the expense of the CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall provide a secured perimeter for the <br />construction and staging areas, subject to <br />2.4Submittals.CONTRACTOR shall prepare a complete detailed cost-loaded construction scheduleplan <br />for each Project. The cost- <br />approval by CONTRACTOR within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. <br />2.4.1The detailed construction schedule plan for each Project shall represent a practicalplan to <br />complete the Project within the Agreement time. Each activity on the construction <br />schedule shall be cost and man-hour loaded.
