SHERIFF may withhold progress payments until the revised schedule, acceptable to the CONTRACTOR. 2.4.4!CONTRACTOR shall submit five (5) copies of the required shop drawings to the PROJECT CONSULTANT. Work shall be changed and the total payment amount and date of Substantial Completion shall be modified only as set out in written and signed Change Orders. 2.7!Resolution of Disputes: 2.7.1!To prevent all disputes and litigation, it is agreed by the parties hereto that the PROJECT MANAGER shall decide all questions, claims, difficulties and disputes of whatever nature which may arise relative to the technical interpretation of the Agreement documents and fulfillment of this Agreement as to the character, quality, amount and value of any work done and materials furnished, or proposed to be done 5
