At the completion of the <br />Project, CONTRACTOR shall remove all its waste materials and rubbish from and <br />about the Project as well as its tools, construction equipment, machinery and <br />surplus materials. If CONTRACTOR fails to clean up during the prosecution of the <br />work or at the completion of the work, SHERIFF may do so and the cost thereof <br />shall be charged to CONTRACTOR. <br /> <br />2.2!CONTRACTOR shall attend all scheduled progress meetings. The progress meetings shall <br />be attended by representatives responsible for planning, coordinating and performing the <br />work, and shall cover the status of such topics as: interface requirements, timing, <br />sequencing, deliveries, access, site utilization, temporary facilities and services, hours of <br />work, determination of how behind-time work will be expedited, hazards and risks, <br />housekeeping, change orders, and documentation of information for payment requests. <br /> <br />2.3!CONTRACTOR shall preserve from damage all property associated with, or which is in <br />the vicinity of, or is in any way affected by, the Project. This applies to public and private <br />property and utilities. Any damage occurring to such property caused by CONTRACTOR, <br />shall be immediately repaired at the expense of the CONTRACTOR. CONTRACTOR shall <br />provide a secured perimeter for the construction and staging areas, subject to <br />approval. <br /> <br />2.4!Submittals. CONTRACTOR shall prepare a complete detailed cost-loaded construction <br />schedule plan for each Project. The cost-loaded construction schedule plan shall be <br />submitted for SHERIF <br />the date of the Notice to Proceed. <br /> <br />2.4.1!The detailed construction schedule plan for each Project shall represent a practical <br />plan to complete the Project within the Agreement time. Each activity on the <br />construction schedule shall be cost and man-hour loaded. The construction schedule <br />price schedule. The construction schedule shall be cost-loaded, and shall be updated <br />at least weekly. The construction schedule shall be of sufficient detail such that the <br />maximum duration of any single activity on the schedule shall be ten (10) working <br />days. <br /> <br />2.4.2!All scheduled submittals are subject to review and acceptance by the SHERIFF'S <br />PROJECT MANAGER. The detailed construction schedule shall be suitable, in the <br />evaluation of progress in performance of work. The cost-loaded construction <br />schedule will be used as the basis for monthly progress payments. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />
