CONTRACTOR is MBR Construction, Inc. <br /> <br />1.3!Contract Administrator. The employee expressly designated as Contract Administrator by the <br />SHERIFF, who is the representative of the SHERIFF of Broward County, Florida, <br />concerning the Agreement Documents. The Contract Administrator shall be Director <br />Andrew Baker, and/or his designee or successor in interest. <br /> <br />1.4!Notice to Proceed. A written notice to proceed with the Project issued by the SHERIFF or <br />his designee. <br /> <br />1.5!Project. Providing all services described in Article 2, Scope of Services towards an <br />assigned project or specific job. <br /> <br />1.6!PROJECT MANAGER. An authorized representative of the SHERIFF assigned to make <br />necessary inspections of materials furnished by the CONTRACTOR, and all other tasks as <br />designated herein. The Project Manager shall be Director Andrew Baker, and/or his <br />designee or successor in interest <br /> <br />1.7!CONSULTANT. An Architect and/or Engineer who has contracted with the SHERIFF to <br />provide professional services for this Project. If no CONSULTANT is identified by <br />SHERIFF on any particular job or work order, then the term CONSULTANT shall be the <br />same person as the PROJECT MANAGER. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />2.1!General. The scope of services shall be as described herein and in any work order that <br />references this agreement. SHERIFF may assign CONTRACTOR a certain job or Project via <br />work orders referencing this Agreement or by way of formal amendment to this Agreement, <br />whichever the SHERIFF elects. The scope of services shall include those within Article 6 <br />herein and the #19031MFW. <br /> <br />2.1.1!Any work, materials or equipment that may reasonably be inferred from the scope <br />of services as being required to produce the intended result shall be supplied by the <br />CONTRACTOR whether or not specifically called for. The CONTRACTOR shall <br />be responsible for furnishing all supervision, project coordination, scheduling, <br />construction management, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, insurance, permanent <br />materials, temporary materials, vehicles, storage sheds, clean ups, and incidentals <br />(including acquisition of all agency permits and inspections). <br /> <br />2.1.2!The work shall include, but not be limited to, the following construction trades <br />and/or disciplines: supervision, scheduling, permitting, construction, wiring, <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br />
