All bonds must be in accordance with <br />Section 255.05, Florida Statutes <br /> <br />Further, each bond shall continue in effect for one (1) year after final completion and <br />acceptance of the work with liability equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract <br />price stated herein, or an additional bond shall be conditioned that CONTRACTOR will, <br />upon notification by SHERIFF, correct any defective or faulty work or materials which <br />appear within one (1) year after final completion of this Agreement. Pursuant to the <br />requirements of Section 255.05, Florida Statutes, CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the <br />bond(s) referenced above shall be recorded in the public records of Broward County and <br />provide SHERIFF with evidence of such recording. <br /> <br />2.14!In addition to any other warranties required by this Agreement or other Agreement <br />Documents, CONTRACTOR warrants, except as otherwise provided herein, that work <br />performed under this Agreement conforms to the Agreement requirements, all materials <br />are new, and are free of any defects in equipment, material, or design furnished or <br />workmanship performed by the CONTRACTOR or any subcontractor or supplier at any <br />tier. <br /> <br />2.14.1!This warranty shall continue for a period of one (1) year from the date of final <br />acceptance of the work. <br /> <br />2.14.2!CONTRACTOR shall remedy at its own expense any failure to conform, or any <br />defect in work performed or materials provided or installed under this Agreement. <br />In addition, CONTRACTOR shall remedy at its own expense any damage to the <br /> <br /> <br />2.14.2.1!to conform to Project requirements; or <br /> <br />2.14.2.2!Any defect of equipment, material, workmanship or design <br />furnished; 2.14.2.3 Failure of CONTRACTOR to protect <br />installed materials and/or equipment. <br /> <br />2.14.3!CONTRACTOR shall restore any work damaged in fulfilling the terms and <br />repaired or replaced will run for one (1) year from the date of repair or replacement. <br /> <br />2.14.4!SHERIFF shall provide notice to CONTRACTOR in writing within a reasonable <br />time after the discovery of any failure, defect, or damage. Such notice shall specify <br />the time within which CONTRACTOR shall remedy the failure, defect, or damage. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />
