Incomplete or incorrect entries in such books and records will <br />be grounds for disallowance by SHERIFF of any fees or expenses based upon such entries. <br /> <br />4.10!CONTRACTOR shall, by written contract, require its Subcontractors to agree to the <br />requirements and obligations of sections 4.7-4.11 of this article. <br /> <br />4.11!If an audit inspection or examination in accordance with this article discloses overpricing <br />or overcharges to SHERIFF of any nature by CONTRACTOR or its Subcontractors in <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />
