EpdvTjho!Fowfmpqf!JE;!2193E418.88DB.5943.:22G.914D7G:28845EpdvTjho!Fowfmpqf!JE;!ED64EEGG.2G1:.5:C6.C4CB.73549671:658 <br /> <br />d.! <br />submitted by the CONTRACTOR including subcontractors, or any <br />of its other payees. <br /> <br />In addition to the normal documentation CONTRACTOR typically furnishes to the SHERIFF, in <br />order to facilitate efficient use of when reviewing or auditing the <br />and related reimbursable cost records, the CONTRACTOR <br />agrees to furnish (upon request) the following types of information in the specified <br />computer readable file format(s): <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Monthly Job Cost Detail .pdf and Excel <br />Detailed Job Cost History To Date .pdf and Excel <br />Monthly Labor Distribution detail (if not already separately detailed in <br />.pdf and Excel <br />the Job Cost Detail) <br />Total Job to date Labor Distribution detail (if not already included <br />.pdf and Excel <br />in the detailed Job Cost History to date) <br />Employee Timesheets documenting time worked by all <br />pdf <br />individuals who charge reimbursable time to the project <br />Daily Foreman Reports listing names and hours and tasks of <br />pdf <br />personnel who worked on the project <br />Daily Superintendent Reports .pdf <br />Detailed Subcontract Status Reports (showing original subcontract <br /> <br />value, approved subcontract change orders, subcontractor invoices, <br />.pdf and Excel <br />payment to Subcontractors, etc. <br />Copies of Executed Subcontracts with all Subcontractors .pdf <br />Copies of all executed Change Orders issued to Subcontractors .pdf <br />Copies of all documentation supporting all reimbursable job costs <br /> <br />(Subcontractor payment applications, vendor invoices, internal <br />.pdf <br />cost charges, etc.) <br /> <br />4.9!Such books and records and Contract Records shall be available at all reasonable times for <br />examination and audit by the SHERIFF during the term of this Agreement and for a period <br />of three (3) years thereafter. Incomplete or incorrect entries in such books and records will <br />be grounds for disallowance by SHERIFF of any fees or expenses based upon such entries. <br /> <br />4.10!CONTRACTOR shall, by written contract, require its Subcontractors to agree to the <br />requirements and obligations of sections 4.7-4.11 of this article. <br /> <br />4.11!If an audit inspection or examination in accordance with this article discloses overpricing <br />or overcharges to SHERIFF of any nature by CONTRACTOR or its Subcontractors in <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />
