If the CONTRACTOR transfers all public records to SHERIFF upon <br />completion of the contract, the CONTRACTOR shall destroy any duplicate public <br />records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from public records disclosure <br />requirements. If the CONTRACTOR keeps and maintains public records upon <br />completion of the contract, the CONTRACTOR shall meet all applicable <br />requirements for retaining public records. <br /> <br />All public records stored electronically by the CONTRACTOR pertaining to the <br />services contracted for in this Agreement must be provided to SHERIFF, upon request <br />designee, in a format that is compatible with the information technology systems of <br />SHERIFF. <br /> <br />In the event CONTRACTOR receives a public records request related to this <br />Agreement and the services provided hereunder, CONTRACTOR shall promptly <br /> <br /> <br />IF THE CONTRACTOR HAS QUESTIONS REGARDING THE <br />APPLICATION OF CHAPTER 119, FLORIDA STATUTES, TO <br />RELATING TO THIS CONTRACT, CONTACT THE CUSTODIAN <br />OF PUBLIC RECORDS AT: ERIN FOLEY, <br />RECORDSMANAGEMENT LIAISON OFFICER, <br />OFFICE, 2601 WEST BROWARD BLVD., FORT LAUDERDALE, <br />FLORIDA 33312 (954) 831-8745, ERIN_FOLEY@SHERIFF.ORG <br />OR THE OFFICE OF GENERAL COUNSEL, BROWARD <br /> 831-8920. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 15 SIGNATORY PROCESS <br /> <br />The parties agree for purposes of this Agreement, the Agreement may be executed in <br />several counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which shall <br />constitute one and the same instrument, and shall become effective when counterparts have <br />been signed by each of the parties and delivered to the other parties; it being understood <br />that all parties need not sign the same counterparts. Facsimile and electronic mail copies in <br />execution and delivery of this Agreement as to the parties and may be used in lieu of the <br />original Agreement for all purposes.
