Based on the information provided, we offer the following: <br />I. FIRM BACKGROUND <br />SDM Consulting Engineers, Inc. was originally established in 1976 as a sole proprietorship and later formally <br />incorporated in 1982. During the past 48 years, the Firm has maintained an excellent standing throughout the South <br />Florida community. Our trademark has been, and continues to be, the provision of excellence to our clients and our <br />flexibility to efficiently integrate today's ever-changing environment into functional designs that meet our clients' <br />needs. <br />We offer consulting engineering design, construction management and value engineering services throughout the <br />South Florida area. <br />Our office, which is located in the heart of downtown Coral Gables, is managed by two equal majority owners, <br />Manuel Montoya and Ernesto Aloma, both licensed professional engineers each having over 30 years of service within <br />the Firm which is comprised of 8 State of Florida Licensed Professional Engineers and 2 Support Staff. <br />II. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE <br />SDM Consulting Engineers has successfully designed many park related projects for Miami Dade County Parks, <br />Recreation and Open Spaces (PROS). This experience includes Larry & Penny Thompson Park, Southridge Park and <br />Goulds Park. <br />III. CONFLICTS <br />SDM Consulting Engineers has no existing current or anticipated future conflicts of interest which would inhibit our <br />participation in this endeavor. <br />IV.
