BASIC SCOPE OF WORK <br />Based on the information provided as well as our previous conversation, we understand the general work required <br />includes the following major scope elements: <br />1. Provide electrical power to a drinking fountains (specified by others) <br />2. Provide electrical power to the existing Gazebo for misters (specified by others) <br />3. Provide electrical power to an irrigation pump controller (specified by others) <br />4. Provide additional site lighting with photometrics <br />5. Provide electrical power for a digital kiosk/bulletin board <br />6. Provide infrastructure for CCTV cameras <br />Anticipated Electrical Scope <br />Electrical <br />• Site visit to review and document the existing conditions <br />• Coordination with other disciplines for new equipment loads <br />• Provision of Division 26 CSI Specification Sections related to the electrical scope <br />• Provision of 50% and 100% design milestones with Statement of Probable Construction Costs <br />• Review and response to applicable Owner Review comments <br />• Dry Run Permitting response and resolution of applicable comments <br />• Bidding and contract award support <br />• Construction Administration covering shop drawing review and response to RFI <br />VI. EXCLUSIONS <br />• This proposal is specifically limited to the services listed in the Basic Scope of Work Section V above. <br />Additional services requested which are not included within the context of this proposal will be negotiated as <br />requested. No additional work will commence without specific written approval. <br />• Filling out applications, payment of fees or routing of plans through the Building Department is excluded. <br />• Provision of multiple hard print sets. All submittals shall be provided in electronic PDF format for printing <br />by others. <br />• LEED services are not included within the context of this proposal. <br />• Development of project in BIM format. Drawings will be produced in autocad format. <br />• Additional engineering disciplines such as mechanical, plumbing or fire protection have not been requested <br />and are NOT included within the scope of this proposal. <br />VII.
