The play equipment is original from opening in 2005 and has exceeded it's original life <br />expectancy of 10 years. In order to accomplish this, the City of Sunny Isles Beach requires the services <br />of Keith and Associates to perform Planning, Engineering and Landscape design services for the <br />redevelopment of the playground at Town Center Park. <br />Consultant has agreed to provide these services in an amount not to exceed $219,500.00. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />On January 21, 2021, via Resolution No. 2021-3160, the City Commission short listed six civil <br />engineering firms in response to Request for Qualifications No. 20-07-01 for Continuing Professional <br />Services, in which Keith and Associates was one. As per our procurement policy, the City wishes to <br />utilize the services of Keith and Associates for this project. <br />FUNDING SOURCE: <br />Funds have been appropriated in account no. 300-6-5720-465000-75004. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Resolution <br />Item Number: 9.F <br />102 <br />
