While youare on jury duty, the Company will pay the difference between your basic rate of pay <br />and the total amount of pay you receive from serving as juror. <br />Employees who are released from jury service before the end of their regularly scheduled shift or <br />who arenot asked to serve on a jury panel are expected to call their manageras soon as <br />possible and report to work if requested. <br />12.OUTSIDE INQUIRIES CONCERNING EMPLOYEES <br />All inquiries concerning employees from outside sources should be directed to the Human <br />Resources Representative. No information should be given regarding any employee by any <br />other employee or manager to an outside source. It is the policy of the Company to verify only <br />dates of employment and position title when information is requested regarding former <br />employees. <br />13.NOSOLICITATION/NODISTRIBUTION/LIMITED ACCESS <br />Solicitation on Company property causes employees to neglect their own work, interferes with <br />the work of fellow employees, and can be detrimental. The following rules shall apply to <br />solicitation or distribution of literature on Company property: <br />13.1.Persons not employed by the Company are forbidden from coming on the <br />Company's property to solicit or distribute material for any reason. <br />13.2.With respect to Company employees: <br />(a)There shall be no solicitation during working time. <br />(b)There shall be no distribution of literature during working time or any other time in <br />any working area. <br />(c)In addition, there shall be no solicitation OR distribution of literature at any time in <br />immediate company areas. <br />"Working time" means time designated for performing actual job duties, either by the person <br />soliciting or distributing the literature or the person being solicited or receiving the literature. <br />Examples of "solicitation" include, but are not limited to, solicitations for magazines or periodical <br />subscriptions, political contributions, or membership in organizations. Examples of "distribution" <br />include, but are not limited to, distribution of political literature,subscription forms or <br />informational bulletins. <br />Employee access to the interior of the Company property is restricted during off-duty hours, <br />unless the employee receives the Managern employee, pick up a <br />pay-check, or attend apre-manageror human <br />resourcesdepartment. Employees shall not enter the interior of the Company propertyor other <br />working areas more than 15 minutes before the start of their shift and shall not remain in the <br />interior of the Company property or other working areas more than 15 minutes after the end of <br />their shift. <br /> <br />
