Midtown Towing of Miami, Inc. was established as a Florida <br />corporation on February 11, 1987. Midtown has more than <br />thirty-seven years of hands-on experience in towing, recovery, <br />storage and service. The company has been delivering towing <br />and towing -related services to Law Enforcement Municipalities <br />located in Miami -Dade County since 1987. Midtown operates <br />under Towing License #23, employs 16 employees, staffing two <br />locations, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days <br />per year. <br />Midtown Towing will fulfill the needs of this RFP from the <br />Miami Dade County location located 4.23 miles the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach at 15700 NW 7th Avenue, Miami, FL 33169. <br />Midtown does have a backup location at 6230 W 21St Court, <br />Hialeah, FL 33016. The name and telephone number for <br />Midtown Towing its address is clearly visible from the street. <br />The location on NW 7th avenue will be responsible for <br />maintaining all paperwork. The location on NW 7th avenue has <br />one warehouse with two separate holding areas which <br />accommodate more than forty (40) vehicles requiring inside <br />storage. One holding area of the warehouse will store more <br />than ten vehicles and will be utilized for vehicles with <br />investigative holds. The outside storage yard will accommodate <br />more than 160 vehicles. The office, yard and warehouses are all <br />on video surveillance with multiple camera angles which record <br />24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. <br />Dispatching will also occur at the NW 7th Avenue location. A <br />detailed log of calls will be maintained including time call <br />received, dispatched, arrival and completion times via our <br />automated system, TowBook.
