The outside storage area is <br />secured by a 7 -foot -high chain link fence or concrete wall on all four sides. The storage areas <br />are accessible from the office and customers are escorted to and from their vehicles. <br />The headquarter facility has a VoIP-based <br />phone system, two-way radio system, and <br />secure network. All systems are redundant <br />with back-up power supplies to ensure <br />uptime and no interruption of service in the <br />event of any power failure. Other office <br />equipment includes a high-volume copy <br />machine, digital scanner, facsimile machine <br />and a credit card processor. The company <br />maintains service contracts on our office <br />equipment so that all components can be <br />repaired or replaced in a timely manner. <br />Midtown Towing has maintained multi-year towing contracts with multiple Police Departments <br />including Miami -Dade County, EI Portal, Hialeah, Key Biscayne, Medley, Miami Shores, Miami <br />Gardens, Miami, North Bay Village, Hialeah Gardens and Sunny Isles Beach. Midtown Towing <br />also provides towing services for State and Federal Agencies such as: Florida Highway Patrol, <br />United States Postal Service (in Miami -Dade and Broward counties), Florida Fish and Wildlife <br />Commission, Rail -road Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Midtown Towing <br />performs approximately 3,000 Police Agency or Federal tows per year. <br />The service facilities are licensed with Miami -Dade County. Please refer to copies of these <br />licenses as shown in the Exhibits within this application. <br />All Real Estate Taxes, Occupational License fees and Federal Income Taxes are paid and current. <br />In addition, all vehicle registrations are paid and current.
