RFP #:24-08-01 <br />Proposer: Midtown Towing of Miami, Inc. <br />Midtown Towing knows that, unless otherwise instructed by the City, all vehicles towed at the request of a code <br />enforcement officer or the Police Department are to be stored at the primary storage area. All vehicles shall be <br />stored inside the designated storage facility and must include the following at all times: <br />A. Name of the Law -Enforcement Agency; <br />B. Date and time the hold is placed on the vehicle; <br />C. A general description of the vehicle, including color, make, model, body style and year, VIN, registration <br />plate with state and year, and validation sticker number with the state and year; <br />D. The specific reason for placing the hold; <br />E. The condition of the vehicle; <br />F. The location where the vehicle is being held; <br />G. The name, address and phone number of the tow company and storage facility. <br />7 - STORAGE OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLES: <br />Midtown Towing will store all impounded vehicles in the outdoor, primary storage area, unless the impounding <br />officer or vehicle owner gives Midtown Towing specific instructions for indoor storage. <br />8 - STORAGE FEES AT CITY FACILITY: <br />Midtown Towing shall not charge storage fees for vehicles that are being stored at any city facility at the request of <br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach. <br />9 - LOCATION CHANGES OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLES: <br />Midtown Towing shall not change the indoor or outdoor storage location of any vehicle serviced pursuant to this <br />Agreement, without written approval of the Police Department's investigative unit supervisor or authorized <br />designee prior to any such change. <br />10 - ON SITE OFFICE: <br />Midtown Towing shall maintain an on-site, permanent office at each storage facility, to be used in conjunction with <br />the towing permit, and the office will be staffed on a 24-hour basis by at least one employee or security guard. <br />11 - ATTENDANT ON DUTY: <br />Midtown Towing shall make available, on a 24-hour, 7 -days a week basis, attendance and equipment for the <br />immediate response for calls for service from the City of Sunny Isles Beach Police Department. Midtown Towing <br />shall also provide adequate personnel to staff our facility 24 -hours, 7 -days a week for the purpose of dispatching <br />calls and releasing towed vehicles to owners. <br />Midtown Towing of Miami, Inc. <br />646 <br />
