RFP #:24-08-01 <br />Proposer: Midtown Towing of Miami, Inc. <br />secure; no hydraulic leaks; cable not shared; chains, cones in place; equipped with flares, shovel, broom and sand; <br />lights operable; and tires are safe. Empty shall deliver all reports prior to any towing for that month. If the city <br />determines that equipment used by midtown towing to perform the services under this agreement failed any of <br />the inspection terms in section 27, Midtown Towing shall have 30 days to cure a deficiency. Failure to cure a <br />deficiency shall constitute a default. <br />25 - EMERGENCY TOWING OF CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH VEHICLES: <br />Midtown Towing shall also provide emergency towing of City vehicles. The service is designed to remove and <br />secure vehicles owned by the City that become disabled. Midtown Towing shall be prompt in their response to City <br />calls. No charge will be made for towing City vehicles. Emergency service is limited to Miami -Dade and Broward <br />Counties. <br />Midtown Towing shall tow and return the City vehicle to the City Motor Pool.
