Based upon a proven track record of service <br />excellence, Dolphin Towing would like to provide City of Sunny Isles Beach with towing <br />services, including, but not limited to the removal and storage of vehicles and <br />equipment that are creating a traffic hazard, abandoned, disabled from a traffic crash, or <br />for non-consensual removal of vehicles from public streets and areas within the City. <br />Dolphin towing is committed to providing superior citywide towing services to the City of <br />Sunny Isles Beach 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, from its first-class facility which <br />includes a sizable indoor and outdoor storage facility. <br />Since its inception, Dolphin has maintained a corporate philosophy which has attracted <br />and allowed it to retain a roster of clients that expect and receive first class service. On <br />the government side, Dolphin provides towing services for the City of North Miami and <br />City of Miami Shores. Additionally, Dolphin Towing tows all disabled police and city <br />vehicles free of charge. On the private side, among our many clients, we tow for all <br />major automobile insurance companies, and we are one of four towing companies in the <br />South Florida Region for the largest provider of roadside assistance in the United States <br />(Agero, Inc.) as well as the ISD Miami Dade Government Vehicles and AAA. We are a <br />perfect fit for many of our customer service-oriented clients by maintaining a new and <br />immaculate fleet of environmentally sound tow trucks equipped with modern diesel <br />engines that utilize Diesel Exhaust Fluid which reduce the emission of mono -nitrogen <br />oxides. Also, in keeping with our corporate philosophy and the fact that we often <br />transport our client's customers, our trucks are immaculate; our drivers are not <br />permitted to smoke in our trucks; and they cannot show tattoos. I am proud to note that <br />many of our customers nominated us for the American Towman Magazine Service <br />Excellence award we received this past year. This award is a testament to our excellent <br />employees, the guidance of ownership, and a management team that is always looking <br />for ways to satisfy its customers and to deal professionally with a public that is often <br />frustrated with the towing process. As in any professional organization, our <br />management team participates in training programs such as the AAA World Class <br />Management Training Program to ensure that Dolphin Towing remains at the forefront <br />of the towing industry. <br />RFP# 24-08-01 TOWING SERVICES <br />
