To assist in <br />production of the event, they are requesting the rental fees for Gateway Park to be waived as well as the <br />in-kind donation of the use of park staff to support the event, tables, chairs, electricity and police <br />support as required by the city. <br />This year, their Chanukah event will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2024 from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. Set up <br />of the event will start as early as 9:00 a.m. and will require the closure of Gateway Park during setup. An <br />estimated 250 - 500 people are anticipated to attend. <br />I n -kind donation of Police support for a motor parade on the same date is also requested. <br />The total estimated value of these amenities, rentals and services is not to exceed $11,455 inclusive of <br />up to $2,000 in police services. <br />Insurance naming the City as additional insured is required as part of the special event application <br />process. <br />ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: <br />Item Number: 9.T <br />599 <br />
