Can you please use this as an outline so we can meet the expectations ofthe ITB #25- <br />11-01 requirements.. <br />We will be .providing this letter to The City of Sunny Isles Beach, Purchasing Department 18070 <br />Collins Ave, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. <br />Weare requesting a reference for the project below: <br />City Project # ITB RM -20-20, Contract 23-94 Town :Wide Catch Basin Maintenance Program. <br />This was a 10 year agreement beginning in Dec 2014 and completed in Sept 2024. <br />- Contractor performance: <br />o There were no change -orders presented on the project. <br />o We have / had and on-going, relationship with Envirowaste Services Group, all the <br />contract expectations have been met or exceeded. <br />o Having worked with EWSG for 10 years, we can confidently speak to their <br />professionalism, expertise, and ability to successfully execute projects in a timely and <br />cost-effective manner, <br />Please add to or change any of the information provided to accurately reflect your thoughts. <br />We thank you in advance for your help meeting this requirement.
