Can you please use this as an outline so we can meet the expectations of the ITB #25- <br />11=01 requirements. <br />We will be providing this letter to The City of Sunny Isles Beach, Purchasing Department 18070 <br />Collins Ave, Sunny isles Beach, FL 331601 <br />We are requesting a reference for the project below: <br />City Project ## RFP #20,18-0.4, Village Wide - Storm Sewer & Sanitary Sewer Clean and CCN, <br />Grease Removal,. assessment of repairs and Excavated Repairs. <br />This was a 6 year agreement beginning in Jan 2019 and completed in December 2024. <br />A Contractor performance: <br />o There Were no change-ordiers presented on the project, <br />o We have / had and on-going relationship with Envirowaste Services Group, all the <br />contract expectations have been met or exceeded. <br />o Having worked with EWSG for 6 years; we can confidently speak to their <br />professionalism, expertise, and ability to successfully execute projects in a timely and <br />cost-effective manner. <br />Please add to or change any of the information provided to accurately reflect your thoughts. <br />We thank you in advance for your help meeting this requirement.
