b. The Proposing Bidder shall hold Class V permits issued by the DERM. Proposing Bidder <br />must provide a copy of the applicable license(s) with bid response. <br />c. The Proposing Bidder must have been awarded Prime Contractor and successfully <br />performed three (3) projects of similar or greater size, scope, and complexity to the <br />specifications of the ITB within the last five (5) years. <br />d. Proposing Bidder shall provide reference letters for no less than three (3) projects in <br />which Contractor served as Prime Contractorfor projects similar in size and scope. Please <br />note that the references must be for the same projects in response to MQR "c" above. <br />2.3 VIRTUAL NON -MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING <br />A virtual pre-bid conference will be held on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2024 AT 11:00 AM via <br />Zoom to discuss the special conditions and specifications included within this solicitation. It is <br />strongly encouraged that bidders interested in bidding attend the Pre -Bid Meeting as a tool to be <br />successful in responding to the City's project. <br />Zoom: https:Hus02web.zoom.us/i/88575025712 <br />Meeting ID: 885 7502 5712 <br />2.4 EXAMINATION OF SITE <br />Each bidder shall visit the site of the proposed work before submitting a bid and shall fully <br />familiarize themselves with conditions relating to construction and labor so that he or she may <br />fully understand the facilities, difficulties, and restrictions attending the execution of work under <br />the Contract. It will be assumed that the Bidder has investigated and is satisfied as to the <br />conditions of work to be performed and materials to be furnished and shall base Bid on their own <br />opinion of the conditions likely to be encountered, and for the bid price must assume all risk of <br />variance, by whomsoever made in any computation or statement of amounts or quantities <br />necessary to fully complete the work in strict compliance with the Contract Documents. <br />Execution of this Agreement shall constitute acceptance by the Contractor of existing site <br />conditions as a part of the requirements for this Scope of Work; it being expressly understood and <br />agreed that the Contractor shall not be entitled to any additional compensation and/or fees for <br />any pre-existing conditions including, but not limited to, concealed or unknown conditions at the <br />Project site which may in any way affect the Scope of Work. Contractor has specifically examined <br />the Project site and affirms that it is fit to receive the Scope of Work. <br />2.5 CONTRACT TERM <br />This contract shall commence upon the date of the purchase order and shall remain in effect until <br />such time as the commodities, equipment and/or services acquired in conjunction with this <br />Invitation to Bid, have been completed and accepted by the City's authorized representative. <br />
