Five copies of a single Pre-Job Binder shall be submitted with separate <br />sections addressing requirements of the various specification sections. <br /> <br />2. For Section 02090 “Lead Abatement” the following information shall be included: <br /> <br />a. Work plan to include at a minimum the following elements: <br /> <br />a) Negative exposure assessment procedures. <br />b) Engineering controls proposed for project. <br />c) Written respiratory protection program. <br />d) Outline of lead awareness training program. <br />e) Narrative describing work procedures including measures taken to <br />capture all lead debris and plans for disposal of same. <br /> <br />b. Name and qualifications of Competent Person. <br /> <br />c. Name and qualifications of the Industrial Hygienist. <br />
