AWS D1.2 - Structural Welding Code, Aluminum. <br /> <br />1.3 SUBMITTALS <br /> <br />A. Submit under provisions of Division 01 Section "General Requirements." <br /> <br />B. Shop Drawings: For aluminum fabrications as follows: <br /> <br />1. Complete fabrication and erection plans and procedures giving full information <br />on all aspects of the erection that will affect alignment, plumb and dimensional <br />accuracy of the structure. <br /> <br />2. Connections, including size and spacing of bolts and welds. <br /> <br />3. Indicate profiles, sizes, spacing, and locations of structural members, openings, <br />camber and attachments. <br /> <br />4. Indicate welded connections with AWS welding symbols. Indicate net weld <br />lengths. Include details of welding materials, equipment, sequence and <br />technique to be used. <br /> <br />C. Manufacturer's Certificate: Submit certification that manufactured products (including <br />bolts, nuts and washers) meet or exceed specified requirements. <br /> <br />1. Deliver manufactured products to the site in unopened containers. Certification <br />numbers must appear on product containers for bolts, nuts and washers and the <br />numbers shall correspond to the identification numbers on the Manufacturer's <br />Certificate. The Manufacturer's symbol and grade markings must appear on <br />bolts, nuts and washers. <br /> <br />D. Mill Test Reports: Submit mill test reports indicating structural strength, destructive and <br />nondestructive test analysis and chemical analyses from the aluminum used in the Work. <br /> <br />E. Welders' Certificates: Documentation certifying welders employed by the Subcontractor <br />meet AWS qualifications. <br /> <br />F. Submit the following as specified elsewhere in this Section:
