Inspection reports of the Subcontractor's independent testing laboratory. <br /> <br />1.4 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> <br />A. Fabricate aluminum members in accordance with CBC and Aluminum Design Manual <br />“Specification for Aluminum Structures - Building Load and Resistance Factor Design”. <br /> <br />B. Welders shall be qualified in accordance with AWS D1.2 for each process, position and <br />joint configuration. <br /> <br />C. Maintain one copy of each referenced document on site. <br /> <br />D. Delegated Design Responsibilities: Design connections not detailed on the Drawings <br />under the direct supervision of a Structural Engineer experienced in design of aluminum <br />and licensed in the State of Florida. <br /> <br />1.5 PROJECT CONDITIONS <br /> <br />A. Verify dimensions on Shop Drawings in the field. <br /> <br />PART 2 - PRODUCTS <br /> <br />2.1 MATERIALS <br /> <br />A. Rolled and Extruded Members: Alloy and temper [6016-T6] [unless otherwise indicated <br />on the Drawings]. <br /> <br />B. Aluminum Tubing: Alloy and temper 6016-T6. <br /> <br />C. Bolts, Nuts, and Washers: <br /> <br />1. Bolts and Nuts in Structural Connections: [alloy 6061-T6] [unless otherwise <br />indicated on the Drawings]. <br /> <br />2. Flat Washers: Alclad 2024-T4. <br /> <br />3. Spring Washers: [alloy 7075-T6] [AISI 316 stainless steel]. <br /> <br />D. Rivetsin Structural Connections: Alloy 6061-T6. <br /> <br />E.
