Subsection (8) of section 895.02, Florida <br />411 Statutes, is amended to read: <br />412 895.02 Definitions. -As used in ss. 895.01-895.08, the term: <br />413 (8) "Racketeering activity" means to commit, to attempt to <br />414 commit, to conspire to commit, or to solicit, coerce, or <br />415 intimidate another person to commit: <br />416 (a) Any crime that is chargeable by petition, indictment, <br />417 or information under the following provisions of the Florida <br />418 Statutes: <br />419 1. Section 104.155(2), relating to aiding or soliciting a <br />420 noncitizen in voting. <br />421 2.-l-.- Section 210.18, relating to evasion of payment of <br />422 cigarette taxes. <br />423 3.� Section 316.1935, relating to fleeing or attempting to <br />424 elude a law enforcement officer and aggravated fleeing or <br />425 eluding. <br />426 4.-3-.- Chapter 379, relating to the illegal sale, purchase, <br />427 collection, harvest, capture, or possession of wild animal life, <br />428 freshwater aquatic life, or marine life, and related crimes. <br />429 5.-4- Section 403.727(3)(b), relating to environmental <br />430 control. <br />431 6.-5-. Section 409.920 or s. 409.9201, relating to Medicaid <br />432 fraud. <br />433 7.Section 414.39, relating to public assistance fraud. <br />434 8.
