110:4 Wel IIIto)\[KQWA <br />non-compliance with ADA and relating to any portion of the Property or of the Leased Premises; or any <br />governmental or regulatory actions or investigations instituted or threatened regarding non-compliance <br />with ADA and relating to any portion of the Property or of the Leased Premises, then LESSEE shall, <br />within ten (10) days after receipt of such, advise LESSOR in writing, and provide LESSOR with copies <br />of any such claim, threat, action or investigation (as applicable). <br />31. RADON GAS. The following notification is provided pursuant to Florida law: "Radon <br />is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that, when it has accumulated in a building in sufficient <br />quantities, may present health risks to persons who are exposed to it over time. Levels of radon that <br />exceed federal and state guidelines have been found in buildings in Florida. Additional information <br />regarding radon gas and radon testing may be obtained from your County public health unit." <br />32. NOTICES. <br />32.1. Except as provided in subparagraph (c) below, whenever it is provided herein that <br />notice, demand, request or other communication shall or maybe given to, or served upon, either of the <br />parties by the other, or either of the parties shall desire to give or serve upon the other any notice, <br />demand, request or other communication with respect hereto or with respect to any matter set forth in <br />this Lease, each such notice, demand, request or other communication shall be in writing and any law or <br />statute to the contrary notwithstanding shall not be effective for any purpose unless the same shall be <br />given by mailing the same by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, <br />addressed to the party at the address set forth below, or at such other address or addresses and to such <br />other person or firm as LESSOR may from time to time designate by notice as herein provided, with a <br />simultaneous copy via electronic mail (e-mail). <br />32.2.
