His notable achievements <br />include managing utility relocations for the largest roadway improvement <br />project in Florida and successfully completing multimillion-dollar stormwater <br />projects across the state. <br />2.Staffin Zebarth – Project Manager <br />o Role: Responsible for project execution, scheduling, and coordination of on- <br />site activities. <br />o Qualifications: Staffin holds an Underground Contractor’s License <br />(CUC1223821) and has over 20 years of experience managing trenchless <br />underground maintenance and repairs. He has a proven track record of <br />efficiently overseeing crews and ensuring timely project delivery. <br />Company Staff Pool and Team Composition <br />Shenandoah General Construction employs over 150 skilled professionals, including licensed <br />engineers, technicians, and field operators. The core team assigned to this project will consist <br />of experienced managers, supervisors, and support staff specializing in stormwater system <br />maintenance. <br />Subcontractors and Suppliers <br />Shenandoah partners with reputable subcontractors and suppliers for specialized services <br />and materials.
