Approach/Methodology <br />Shenandoah General Construction, LLC is committed to delivering exceptional stormwater <br />management services by employing proven methodologies, a focus on safety, and a streamlined <br />organizational approach. <br />1.Suitability of Methodologies and Approaches <br />Our approach combines advanced technologies, industry best practices, and experienced <br />personnel to achieve all project tasks efficiently. This includes the use of specialized <br />equipment for deep drainage well cleaning, stormwater catch basin maintenance, and pipeline <br />inspections, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding environment. <br />2.Consideration for Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) Plan <br />We adhere to the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) standards and the Manual on <br />Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) for MOT. Our plan includes deploying certified <br />MOT professionals to ensure public safety, reduce traffic delays, and maintain uninterrupted <br />vehicular flow during project execution. <br />3.Proposed Location for Staging of Materials and Equipment <br />Staging will occur at City of Sunny Isles, a secure and accessible site within proximity to the <br />project area. This location will be used for storage of equipment and materials, ensuring quick <br />deployment and organized operations. <br />4.Overall Organization for Completing the Project <br />o Project Manager: Staffin Zebarth will oversee coordination and project execution. <br />o Site Supervisor: Ensures daily operations and compliance with technical <br />specifications. <br />o Support Teams: Dedicated crews for specific tasks, such as cleaning, inspections, and <br />MOT management. <br />5.Work Plan for Meeting Deadlines <br />Our detailed work plan includes: <br />o Conducting pre-construction site assessments. <br />o Deploying crews and equipment as per an organized schedule. <br />o Weekly progress reviews to ensure adherence to timelines. <br />o Immediate resolution of any unforeseen delays through contingency planning. <br />6.Emergency Response Plan <br />Shenandoah guarantees a 2-hour response time for emergency callouts. Our emergency <br />response protocol includes 24/7 availability, rapid mobilization of crews, and deployment of <br />pre-staged equipment to minimize downtime. <br />7.Response/Mobilization Time After Contract Award <br />Shenandoah estimates a mobilization time of 5 working days after contract award.
