Page 4 <br /> <br />5.0 CONCLUSIONS  <br />ACM was not detected in the samples collected from the subject 18050 areas; therefore, no further  <br />asbestos‐related action is required at this time.   <br />If other specific areas at this location are to be impacted during planned renovations, an asbestos survey  <br />of these areas will be required. Suspect materials discovered after this inspection should be sampled and  <br />analyzed to determine asbestos content and to initiate appropriate responses.   <br />Notification to the Miami‐Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources (DRER) of  <br />intent to abate/renovate is not necessary; however, the general contractor should have a copy of this  <br />survey at the site during the entire project as proof of compliance with 40 CFR 61 (NESHAP).  <br />GBTS appreciates the opportunity to provide you and your organization with environmental consulting  <br />services. If you have any questions or require further clarifications, please do not hesitate to contact us at  <br />(305) 403‐8639.
