Lu NACON' <br />YOUR �:uN5-"TION F%RTNER <br />Project Three: USPS Cape Coral North Branch ' <br />Project Contract No. 360070-21-B-0035 <br />Total Contract Value: $6,964,641.09 <br />Description of project scope: The USPS Cape Coral new <br />construction was a ground -up federal project that started = �-W AUL <br />duringthe last quarter of 2021. Lunacon provided labor and <br />materialstoconstruct aground -up post office buildingwith <br />19,375 square feet, plus site work for 3.42 acres on Pine i <br />Island Road (State Road 78) in Cape Coral, Florida. Building <br />components included a fult-service retail, self-service lobby, PO Box lobby, administrative offices <br />with workspaces, workroom, dock, and support spaces. Scope of Work includes Demolition, <br />Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood, Plastics and Composites, Thermal Moisture Protection, Window. <br />Storefronts and single and Double Door Openings, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Furnishings, <br />Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Electronic Safety and Security, Earthwork, <br />Communications, Exterior Improvements and Utilities. The scope of this project included massive <br />civil earthwork development and finish, clearing/grubbing, paving, sidewalk installs, underground <br />utilities, structural and foundation involved concrete for site and building, masonry, metal and timber <br />work, electrical, MVAC, fire protection and suppression systems, plumbing, IT/Data <br />communications, rough -in carpentry using metal studs, finishing (ceilings, painting, railings, doors <br />and windows) and landscaping was supported using native Florida plants, grasses and trees. <br />Structural work included fabricating and installing a Structural Steel Joists Steel Deck, fabricated <br />Handrails, and railings. A standing metal roofing system with flashing, downspouts, and gutters was <br />installed. Security scope included Intrusion detection devices installed with alarm control panels <br />and signaling devices. IDS devices installed were assigned to the detection of points/zones. Alarm <br />Indication: Audible signal sounds, and an alphanumeric display at the alarm keypad identifythe zone <br />where an alarm was installed. Lunacon ensured that the alarm displayed at the keypad was <br />annunciated with an audible tone. The alarm keypad provided alpha text as to the location of the <br />alarm zone. A local 120 -decibel siren was attached to the alarm module Relay A output. Standard <br />USPIS programming is configured to activate the siren during alarms. CCTV system -cabling <br />infrastructure installed per USPS requirements. Coordinated with USPS POC -- on connecting, <br />powering up, and testing at[ cameras, Switches, Media Converters, Servers, and Storage devices. <br />Hurricane Rated windows and storefront single and double doors installed to withstand 180mph <br />hurricane force winds and are ATFP/blast resistant. The windows were custom made double pane; <br />operable, low a coated storefront style windows. Windows also had reflective coating applied on the <br />exterior. All exterior doors are installed with keyless entry. Interior doors installed with key entry. The <br />doors and windows installed meet ATFP requirements. Bay areas had overhead garage doors with <br />regular entry doors installed. All windows and doors complied with installation per Miami -Dade <br />County NOA engineeringfor HVNZzonetypicaL standards. <br />Description of the type of work performed by the Offeror: Lunacon performed this contract as a <br />Hispanic Woman Owned Prime General Contractor.Self-Performance included demolition, drywaLL, <br />and rough -in carpentry. Lunacon also performed all project management, site superintendent, <br />onsite quality control and onsite safety.
