Lu NRCO <br />Staffing <br />Lunacon provides a broad range of construction management and general contracting services <br />through a "hands-on" approach. A successful project always begins with capable and dedicated <br />construction professionals. Our construction organizational structure provides clear lines of <br />authority, as illustrated in the organizational chart, and defines the position for each identified key <br />position assigned to the contract. This organizational structure creates accountability among the <br />team members and allows our personnel to directly address schedule/ production, quality control, <br />and safety issues. Equally, the lines of communication give our field personnel direct support <br />regarding resources, policy/procedure questions, and contractual concerns. Safety and Quality <br />Control Managers are characterized by lines of reporting independent from, but in communication <br />with, the onsite project management structure. Standard qualifications are described in the <br />provided resumes, including the minimum Level of education, professional licenses, technical <br />certification and qualifications, minimum experience and background, minimum skill levels, and <br />required training to hold the position described. <br />In this section, Lunacon has listed key personnel and their roles. Up-to-date resumes are provided <br />after the Lunacon Corporate and Construction Operations organizational charts. Standard <br />qualifications described on the resumes represent the minimum level of education, professional <br />licenses, technical certification and qualifications, minimum experience and background, minimum <br />skill levels, and required training necessary to hold the position. As illustrated in the charts, <br />Lunacon's organizational structure provides clear lines of authority. This creates accountability <br />among the team members and allows our supervisors to directly address schedule/production, <br />quality control, and safety issues. Similarly, the lines of communication give our field personnel <br />direct support regarding resources, policy/procedure questions, and contractual concerns. The <br />following personnel have been identified as key personnel for this contract. <br />• Ms. Bonilla and Mr. Criado are responsible for receiving, negotiating, and executing all <br />aspects of the base contract. Individual delivery order contracts will be received, <br />negotiated, executed, and closed by Mr. Criado, who will serve as the Program Manager. He <br />will select and oversee the Project Teams, ensuring Lunacon's performance on each <br />contract and program -wide meets or exceeds client expectations. <br />• Upon receipt of an RFP - Mr. Criado will start selecting the most qualified, experienced <br />Project Manager, Estimator, Site Superintendent, Site Safety and Health Officer, and Quality <br />Control Manager for the proposal/contract. <br />• Christopher McKenize is Lunacon's Safety Manager, and Juan Carlos Seife is Lunacon's <br />Quality Control Manager. These key personnel are responsible for developing, maintaining, <br />and enforcing the Quality Control and Safety Programs. They will oversee the Project Teams, <br />ensuring Lunacon's performance on each contract and program -wide meets or exceeds <br />client expectations for Quality Control and Safety. <br />The following person has been identified as a key support person for the contract <br />1. Ms. Patricia Bonilla, CEO. Her duties include overseeing all support resources at the <br />corporate level, and she works closely with Construction Operations to ensure that each <br />Project Team has the appropriate foundation and backing to provide exceptional service on <br />Lunacon Engineering Group Corp dba.
