She oversees the home office organization with corporate leadership and <br />resources to effectively respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and support contracts <br />awarded by the owner. This includes program support for proposals, estimating, and <br />scheduling and management support for accounting, purchasing, subcontract <br />administration, personnel, and equipment. <br />The following personnel have been identified as key construction personnel for the project <br />1. Emilio Criado, President/ Program Manager <br />2. Christopher McKenize, Corporate Safety Manager <br />3. Juan Carlos Seife, Quality Control Manager <br />Note: The contract specific Project Managers, Site Superintendents, Site Safety, and Site Quality <br />Control Managers will be assigned by Mr. Criado upon the award of the contract. Resumes will be <br />provided to support their experience and qualifications. <br />Names, Duties, Responsibilities, and Authorities of Key Construction Personnel <br />Program Manager — Emilio Criado, President - Reports to CEO <br />As Program Manager: <br />• Can accept new/negotiate contract awards. <br />• Approves program plans, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), key personnel <br />assignments, submittal of cost proposals, modifications, and clarifications. <br />• Requests resource allocation and expenditure of funds <br />• Stop unsafe operations. <br />• Final procurement authority <br />• Overall program management <br />• Monitor and control project costs, safety, and quality control. <br />• Assign personnel consistent per contract requirements. <br />• Assure compliance with Federal regulations and their state counterparts, as well as <br />applicable or relevant and appropriate requirements such as OSHA, US Army Corps of <br />Engineers (USACE EM 385-1-1) <br />• Act as Lunacon's chief/lead representative <br />• Procurement authority for the maximum dollar amount <br />Safety Program Manager — Christopher McKenzie Reports to the President /Program Manager <br />As Safety Program Manager: <br />• Enforce Health and Safety Programs, plans, and procedures. <br />• Issue stop -work orders for unsafe work. <br />• Perform health and safety inspections and training. <br />• Enforce Safety Program/Plan compliance, as fully authorized by CEO <br />• Develop, maintain, and enforce Safety Program requirements and addenda. <br />• Ensure compliance with OSHA, UFGS Safety, and Federal H&S practices and directives; US <br />Army Corps of Engineers (USACE EM 385-1-1 <br />• Ensure qualifications of SSHO assigned to each project. <br />• Maintain "Accident File" of incident reports for the life of the contract. <br />Lunacon Engineering Group Corp dba.
