Optimize project life <br />cycle from pre -construction to close out phase. Demonstrate an <br />entrepreneur spirit to accelerate project milestones. Optimize and <br />facilitate project workflow with excellent coordination and leadership <br />skills. Maintain effective working relationship with sub -contractors, <br />vendors, owners/client demonstrating Lunacon's Mission Vision and <br />Values. Completes a quality and safely driven project according to <br />the guidelines of USACE QA/QC standards, the applicable codes and <br />e OSHA Standards. <br />• Utilizes and understands all contractual document requirements, <br />code regulations and trade subcontracts and scope to effectively <br />turn backlog into work completed and billable projects. <br />• Manages all trade subcontractors, schedule and cost; complete <br />all projects on time and on budget. <br />• ConductsFinal walkthrough with architect and owner to verify all <br />punch list items are approved and meet contractual requirement. <br />• Reviews and verifiessubcontractor payment application with <br />percentage of completion <br />• Ensures that permanent utilities are installed, tested and working <br />during closeout. <br />• Advocate safety as priority on the job -site and enforces safety <br />plans and regulations. <br />• Ensures site is completely clean and ready for occupancy before <br />final walk through. <br />• Develops start up schedule to complete project 5-10% ahead of <br />base line schedule. <br />• Tracks and maintains As-builts, Daily Reports, Change Orders, <br />RFI, NCR, Inspections, Photos, Communication to is/from Owner <br />and Trade Partner, etc) is up to date in Procore and any project <br />required technology <br />• Verifies all toolbox talk, meeting minutes and daily logs are on <br />Procore regularly. <br />• Inspects construction sites to ensure compliance with building <br />codes, safety regulations, and other ordinances. <br />• Documents violations and issues stop work orders when <br />necessary. <br />• Works with construction managers, engineers, subcontractors <br />and other professionals to ensure that corrective action is taken <br />to remedy any violations. <br />16890 South Dixie Highway I Miami, Florida 33157 1 office: 786-293-0035 1 FAX: 786-293-0333 <br />
