<br />Flamingo Visitor Center, Everglades Natio-
<br />al Park, Miami -Dade County, Florida - $7.21M
<br />- Repurposing and renovation of the former
<br />Flamingo concessions restaurant and gift shop
<br />into the new Guy Bradley Visitor Center and the
<br />renovation of the Law Enforcement Wing (cur-
<br />rent Ranger Station). The facility roof structure
<br />and roof system, which was damaged in pre-
<br />vious hurricanes will be replaced in full with a
<br />new modified bitumen roof system.

<br />ing overall campus is composed of six buildings.

<br />chanical, Complete Re -Roofing using bitumen
<br />built-up roofing — (demolition and reconstruc-

<br />ing, trim, and accessories), reinforcing the
<br />roof structure, HVAC Equipment replacement
<br />(AHU's and CU's), mechanical testing and bal-
<br />ancing, and renovation, repairs to the existing
<br />aluminum covered walkways.
